In internet you can find several frameworks for Joomla and Wordpress like T3, Warp and Gantry. I chose Gantry about a year ago, when we had the old version 3 available. Why? I'm not programmer but I have found Gantry as very easy to customisation and very flexible framework.
In Gantry 4 surprised me the amount of new features and capabilities. Default version contains many new tools and styles like:
- less compiler
- Bootstrap styles
- Bootstrap js
- FontAwsome fonts
- IcoMoon fonts
- etc
Some of them are described in the gantry documentation, while others are not. In my blog I will try to show you power of Gantry.
New features also causing a lot of problems for users accustomed to previous versions, especially the standard of "less".
On the very beginning purpose of this blog was to help manage with "less" and give examples how to create features.
Popularity of my blog within last months surprised me.
Although I could not write new posts in the last 3 months, there is still a lot of visits and comments.
I no longer work as a web designer but you have encouraged me to continue this blog. In near future I'm going to write new posts and extend some existing features to use in Wordpress as gizmos.
